...expropriating.

There lay a stone upon the chair,
Quote unbeknownst how it got there,
Was really daunting to be fair,
Surprise & fear had filled the air.

Then the maker had made his move,
To strip the stone of all its groove,
One knows not what it had to prove,
Most likely not to be a stove.

It was taken out to the grounds,
Where it was athrown out of bounds,
Thus a game commenced for the hounds,
As they ran out losing few pounds.

It landed hard and broke itself,
For the land was harder than 'tself,
All the pieces flew out,
As the game had ended.
